perishables via – Refrigerated LTL. Because our temperature-controlled terminal is located in Columbus,
Ohio, it’s easy to pick-up shipments from neighboring states. Once your LTL shipment has
arrived at our facility, we load it right on the delivery truck. That’s door-to-door service!
Unlike most companies, your products will not be sent to multiple terminals before they reach
their delivery destination. At FST we pride ourselves on only having to touch your product once!
By using our streamlined, organized cross dock, FST helps to eliminate overages, shortages,

When working with an LTL carrier, an occasional weather-related or previous-stop related delay
might occur. These are issues that the carrier just cannot control. But we can control communication
with our customers. As soon as we know of a delay or issue with an LTL transportation service delivery,
our customer service department immediately notifies our customers about the delay and if necessary,
a ready response with a new commitment date and time. We make it our priority that our customers know
of any problems so you are not caught off guard by your customers!
